We accept all major insurance plans, regardless of network.
We require payment at your first consultation visit.
We will bill your insurance for reimbursement of your consult fee. When they pay us, we refund you.
We will provide you an estimate for all your costs before any care is performed.
You pay any portion not covered by your insurance + any co-pays required by your insurance at the time of your appointment.
We will immediately submit a claim to your insurance carrier for the entire cost of your appointment. (This can take 30-60 days to return from your insurance carrier)
If your insurance covers more than their estimate, we refund you the difference by check in the mail.
We have no control or say-so over what your insurance policy covers. That’s between you, your employer, and your insurance carrier.
